School Employee Clearance Information
Due to recent legislation in our Commonwealth, school districts are required to have every employee update his/her clearances every 36 months. The required clearances and links to the websites to apply are listed below:
Act 24 Arrest and Conviction Form -As required by Pennsylvania Department of Education, pursuant to Act 24, the Arrest /Conviction Form, shall be utilized by employees to provide written notice within seventy-two (72) hours after and arrest or conviction for an offense occuring after September 28, 2011.
